Check before ordering
- Do not exchange Type B for the other AutoBlade generation because the product names look similar.
- A deeper blade is not a shortcut for correcting wrong force, poor adhesion or a poorly seated tool.
Find model number
- 01
Copy Portrait 4 from the machine label rather than searching only its family name.
- 02
Match Type B and SILH-BLADE-AUTO-2 on the blade packaging.
- 03
Seat the blade fully and select the correct tool and material in the Send panel before a test cut.

- The exact AutoBlade reference for this machine is SILH-BLADE-AUTO-2 (Type B).
- Automatic blade-depth adjustment follows the material and tool selected in the software; it does not identify an unknown material.
- The tool chart separates native fits from tools needing an adapter. Check that distinction when choosing a different blade.
