Fit and restrictions

The pack contains one fabric mat. Brother lists thin cotton around 0.25 mm and flannel around 0.5 mm as examples.
Brother recommends the Thin Fabric Auto Blade, sold separately, for best results.

Fit and restrictions

Brother sells the ScanNCut DX Auto Blade as CADXBLD1 and the required Auto Blade Holder separately as CADXHLD1.

CADXBLD1 is the Auto Blade; CADXHLD1 is the matching Auto Blade Holder. They are sold separately.
The CADXHLD1 page explicitly lists SDX125, SDX125E and SDX225. Other SDX accessory choices still need their own machine information.
CADXHLDQ1 and CADXBLDQ1 form the separate thin-fabric pair; neither should be substituted into CADXHLD1.

Restrictions

CADXHLD1 accepts CADXBLD1, not Thin Fabric Auto Blade CADXBLDQ1. The thin-fabric blade needs CADXHLDQ1.
CADXBLD1 is a blade-only order. It is not the separate Vinyl Auto Blade CADXBLDV1.
Brother advises a small test cut because material compatibility varies.
